Board Member of EcoHealth Alliance

Over the past couple of years, I have been exploring joining a non-profit board. I had specific criteria in mind, starting with a purpose that I was immensely passionate about – animal health and well-being. It was important to me that the organization reflected the same values I have when it comes to animals and our environment, and that it also needed to be an organization where I felt I could provide real value as a board director. I am looking forward to bringing my leadership skills and corporate experience in communications, succession planning and building culture to a board role.

In October 2023 I joined the Board of Directors of EcoHealth Alliance. The organization is the perfect fit as it is working at the intersection of animal, environmental and human health. I was fortunate to join EcoHealth Alliance’s Board shortly before their fall retreat, which I attended with fellow Board members in upstate New York. I left the meeting feeling invigorated by my new colleagues and the organization’s strategic plans to promote wildlife conservation and eradicate future pandemics and am looking forward to bringing my experience and passion to the work we will do together in the years ahead.
